Prior to founding Loyal Strategy Consulting, Richard spent the first half of his career on the client side with Hudson's Bay Company and Shoppers Drug Mart in high profile loyalty leadership roles. He was the chief architect of the iconic Optimum Program. During the next portion of his career, Richard held several senior loyalty leadership roles with LoyaltyOne, (owner and operator of the Air Miles Reward Program) and Bond Brand Loyalty.
